1. Vstupenka platí jen pro uvedený den, hodinu, akci, místo konání a sedadlo, je platná pouze s kontrolním ústřižkem a opravňuje k jednomu vstupu. Po opuštění místa konání akce pozbývá platnosti. Dodatečnými úpravami se stává vstupenka neplatnou. V případě uplynutí platnosti vstupenky, jejího poškození, zničení, ztráty nebo krádeže nelze vstupenku vyměnit ani nahradit její hodnotu ani poskytnout jinou kompenzaci. Další převod, prodej nebo zbavení se vstupenky bez písemného souhlasu pořadatele nebo pokus o další prodej za cenu vyšší, než je na vstupence vytištěna, způsobuje její neplatnost. Držiteli takové vstupenky bude odepřen vstup na místo konání akce nebo bude vyveden a zakládá to důvod pro zabavení vstupenky bez náhrady její nominální ceny nebo jiné kompenzace.
2. Vstupenka je cenina, její padělání a pozměňování je zakázáno. Pořadatel odepře vstup na akci všem držitelům takových vstupenek.
3. Zaplacené vstupné se nevrací, vstupenka se nevyměňuje. V případě zrušení akce zodpovídá za vrácení vstupného pořadatel. V případě zrušení akce uplatní držitel vstupenky nárok na vrácení vstupného dle pokynů pořadatele. Servisní poplatky se nevracejí. Náhrada zvláštních nákladů (např. hotel, jízdní výlohy) se neposkytuje. Změna programu vyhrazena. Datum a čas akce mohou být změněny bez upozornění.
4. Je zakázáno fotografování a pořizování obrazových a zvukových záznamů v průběhu akce včetně přestávek.
5. Na akci jsou poskytovány slevy. Pořadatel poskytuje slevy na vstupném držitelům průkazu ZTP/P – vozíčkářům a jejich průvodcům.
6. Při plnění povinností vyplývajících z prodeje vstupenek budou Ticketmaster Česká republika a RSnet CZ s.r.o. postupovat ve shodě s platnými Obchodními podmínkami pro poskytování služby prodej vstupenek na sportovní a kulturní akce prostřednictvím prodejních sítí Ticketmaster a Ticketportal. CLASH OF THE STARS ENTERS 2023! From a galaxy far, far away comes this year’s first CLASH OF THE STARS: EPISODE IV gala! It will take place on March 11th in Prague’s O2 universum hall.
This time the subtitle of the gala is FREAK WARS! The meaning is clear – we are waiting for the “wars” in the cage again, which will raise the audience from their seats! You mustn’t miss the place!
In the main match of the gala, two famous faces of social networks will face each other. The winner of the last season of the reality show Love Island Kryštof Novák will face the holder of the most followed Czech Instagram with 1.4 million followers Tomáš Chlup! The duel between the two athletes promises a great show.
The representative of the reality Survivor will be Christian Nathan, who has even tried his hand at wrestling in the Octagon. He will measure his strength with youtuber Freescoot, who comes to settle the score after the unsuccessful fight with Datl. CLASH OF THE STARS stalwart bodybuilder and MMA fighter Grznar will also be in action, facing Slovakian wrestler and trainer Pagy. Fans of women’s wrestling will be in for a treat this time! They will see 6 female fighters in two fights! Yes, the EPISODE IV gala will also see the very first two-on-two match! The pair from Prague consists of influencer, singer and actress Kristal Shine and model Denisa Ryndová. Their opponents will be the glamorous fighters from Slovakia known from the Onlyfans platform Inked Dory and Karina Pedro.
Jaroslav Kotlár is also coming to repair his reputation! He will be facing youtuber and tiktoker Abe Charvat. Will Kotlár Security equal the #vestylu score? A very heated encounter at the press conference, which ended with a skirmish between the spectators, was offered by streamers Halien and Ziam. Who will walk away from the match as the winner? DEATH MATCH – a match that will see them face off right away.
