Comic-Con Prague 2027: a proven pop culture festival that has been entertaining the Czech Republic since 2020
Comic-Con Prague returns to Prague’s O2 universum for the eighth time. Since 2020, it has been bringing fans in the Czech Republic a unique weekend full of films, series, sci-fi, fantasy, comics, games and meetings with the stars of world pop culture – and in 2027 it will be no different.
The next edition will take place from April 16th to 18th, 2027 and will once again offer three days packed with a program for all fans of modern pop culture. Tickets are now on sale at a discounted price valid until September 30th.
Comic-Con Prague is a long-established festival with a clear history and a stable place on the Czech pop culture scene. Every year it brings an extensive program that connects film, television, comics, games and fan communities in one place.
The first confirmed guests are Jonathan Frakes and John Higgins. Jonathan Frakes, known from Star Trek and as the host of the show Believe It or Not, is one of the prominent figures in television and directing. John Higgins is a legendary British comic book artist and co-creator of the iconic Watchmen.
The festival is expanding further in 2027 – it will also use part of the O2 arena and offer a program on four floors of the O2 universum. Visitors can expect more than 32 hours of program in more than twenty halls, thematic lines, interactive exhibits, a board game room, a video game room, cosplay competitions, exhibitions, workshops and an extensive Artist Alley.
The program will also include Friday’s Comic-Con party, which is included in Friday and multi-day tickets.
