Nova festival chutí launches ticket sales at a discounted price. In January 2027, it will once again bring together top gastronomy and the stars of Nova television
Television Nova and the company Bestsport are preparing the fourth year of the largest winter food festival in the Czech Republic. The Nova festival chutí (Nova Festival of Tastes) will take place on the weekend of January 16 and 17, 2027 at the O2 universum in Prague and will offer two days full of exceptional food, inspiring culinary shows, entertainment and meetings with favorite faces of Nova Television. Tickets for individual festival days are already on sale at a discounted price in the Ticketmaster and Ticketportal networks. The offer is valid until the end of June.
“I am really looking forward to hosting the Nova Festival of Tastes with Roman Staša. The atmosphere there is always incredible. Last year we made Mexican waves, the cooking shows were absolutely excellent and the energy of the visitors was amazing. I am already looking forward to the chefs and all the guests,” says Kristina Kloubková and Roman Staša adds: “A great benefit of the festival is that not only the best restaurants are in one place, but also all our top chefs, whom everyone can see at work. They are often also at the food service, you can have a few words with them.”
Visitors can once again look forward to a varied menu of dishes from leading restaurants from across the Czech Republic, cooking duels, cooking shows and inspiring interviews with personalities of Czech gastronomy. The popular star-studded atmosphere created by the famous faces of Nova television will also be present. Popular actors, presenters and reality show contestants who have tasted the atmosphere of the Nova Festival like to return regularly. Every year, there are more autograph sessions and opportunities to take photos with famous personalities from Nova TV shows.
“In recent years, we have been visiting our viewers more and more often. Whether it is a summer roadshow around the country, regular open days in our studios or the Nova festival of tastes. It has quickly established itself as one of the most successful gastronomic events in the Czech Republic. Feedback from visitors is very important to us and we try to reflect it in each subsequent year so that the experience is always even better,” says TV Nova Marketing Director Jakub Folauf and Head of Production at Bestsport, a.s., Jaroslav Svoboda, who continues: “The festival is entering its fourth year this year, which confirms its significant position on the Czech gastronomic scene. We greatly appreciate the continued cooperation with TV Nova and are pleased that O2 universum will once again transform into the center of Czech gastronomy in January 2027, in addition to concerts and important social or corporate events. The growing attendance and high proportion of returning visitors confirm that the festival has found its permanent place in the winter events calendar. The last year attracted almost 13 thousand visitors and confirmed that the Nova Festival of Tastes offers a unique combination of gastronomy, entertainment and meetings. In addition to performances by top Czech chefs and tastings from renowned restaurants, visitors also enjoy meetings with stars of popular Nova TV series and programs or participants in reality shows such as Survivor, Love Island or MasterChef. Demanding gourmets will also find their place – every year new restaurants and prominent culinary personalities participate, setting the direction of Czech gastronomy. All cooking lovers will also find inspiration here thanks to the offer of quality food, kitchen equipment and products from partner exhibitors.
The festival is also an ideal destination for families with children. The program includes an annually expanding children’s zone, activities for the youngest visitors, and facilities where children and adults can enjoy a day together.
