Reinhold Messner: The Final Expedition – The last public appearance of a legend in the Czech Republic

In April 2026, one of the most iconic figures of world mountaineering, adventure, and personal courage – Reinhold Messner – will come to the Czech Republic. During two extraordinary evenings in Prague and Zlín, he will deliver his final public lectures here, symbolically closing the remarkable bond he has built with Czech audiences over the years.

You can look forward not only to REINHOLD MESSNER and his lecture FINAL EXPEDITION, but also to inspiring appearances by the two main organizers – polar explorer, filmmaker and adventurer Petr Horký, and mountaineer Honza “Tráva” Trávníček.

And that’s not all – throughout the evening, other prominent personalities of the Czech mountaineering and adventure scene will also take the stage, with names to be announced gradually.

Reinhold Messner’s appearance will be in English, with simultaneous Czech translation provided on site.
