On January 30, 2021, a concert by one of the most successful Czech songwriters, Xindl X, was scheduled to take place at Prague’s O2 Arena. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, it is not possible to hold the concert as planned. The concert therefore moves to a new date of 25 November 2021 at the O2 universum.

Ticket holders will be approached directly by the relevant ticketing company or a representative of the concert organiser, depending on the type of ticket. They will exchange tickets to the new concert venue as follows:

Standing tickets
If you have standing tickets (whether purchased through Ticketmaster or Ticketportal), please keep them. These tickets automatically apply to both the standing room and concert at the new date, and there is no need to replace them.

Sitting tickets – purchased on the TICKETMASTER network
All sitting tickets holders who purchased their tickets on Ticketmaster network will be contacted by the sales company soon and will get new tickets with allocated seats to the O2 universum.

Sitting Tickets – Purchased on the TICKETPORTAL Network
All sitting tickets holders who purchased on Ticketportal will be contacted by the concert organizer, Bestsport. Soon they will receive new tickets with allocated seats to the O2 universum.

Tickets purchased without prior reservation at Ticketmaster or Ticketportal branches

Tickets purchased at Ticketmaster points of sale – contact the sales company where you purchased the tickets at www.ticketmaster.cz
