Ticketmaster

The ticket is valid only for the stated day, hour, event, venue and seat, is valid only with a check stub and authorizes one entry. It shall expire after leaving the venue. Additional modifications render the ticket invalid. In the event of expiry of the ticket, its damage, destruction, loss or theft, the ticket may not be replaced or its value replaced or otherwise compensated. Further transfer, sale or resale of the ticket without the written consent of the Promoter or an attempt to resell it at a price higher than printed on the ticket renders it invalid. The holder of such a ticket will be refused entry to the event venue or will be escorted out and this constitutes grounds for confiscating the ticket without refunding its nominal price or other compensation.

The ticket is a prize, its counterfeiting and alteration is prohibited. The organiser shall refuse entry to the event to all holders of such tickets.

Paid admission is not refunded, the ticket is not exchanged. If the event is cancelled, the organiser is responsible for refunding the admission fee. In the event of cancellation of the event, the ticket holder shall claim a refund of the admission fee as instructed by the Promoter. Reimbursement of special costs (e.g. hotel, travel expenses) is not granted. Program change reserved. The date and time of the event can be changed without notice.

The introduction of cameras, professional cameras, tablets and the use of laser pointers is prohibited.

The organiser gives discounts on admission to wheelchair users (ZTP/P pass holders) and their guides.

When complying with the obligations arising from ticket sales, Ticketmaster Česká republika, a.s. will proceed in accordance with the applicable Commercial Conditions for the provision of the ticketing service for sports and cultural events through the Ticketmaster sales network. Festival visitors acknowledge that the organizers and Bestsport a.s., as the operator of the O₂ universum building, will make audio and video recordings of the event free of charge, including images of visitors, and that such recordings may be published on websites, including social networks, in the media and in the organizers’ promotional materials for the purpose of providing information about the event and marketing the organizers’ activities.

Každý návštěvník O₂ universa, vstupující do O₂ universa za účelem účasti na akci, se zakoupením či obdržením vstupenky (či jiného dokladu, opravňujícího jej ke vstupu) zavazuje při vstupu do O₂ universa dodržovat pravidla uvedená v Provozním řádu, Návštěvním řádu, Reklamačním řádu a v těchto Pokynech pořadatele („Pokyny“).

Tyto Pokyny zdůrazňují vybraná práva a povinnosti návštěvníků O₂ universa při jejich vstupu do místa konání akce, jinak uvedená v řádech haly. V případě, že se Pokyny na konkrétní akci od řádů liší, je tak uvedeno dále v těchto Pokynech níže nebo při vstupu do O₂ universa, a tyto Pokyny mají před řády přednost. Doporučujeme všem držitelům vstupenek se s těmito Pokyny seznámit nejen při nákupu vstupenky, ale také před tím, než se vypraví na akci.

Vstupenka: Vstupenka platí jen pro uvedenou akci v uvedený den, hodinu, místo konání a je platná pouze s kontrolním ústřižkem. Vstupenku musí mít každá osoba vstupující do O₂ universa bez ohledu na věk (tedy i malé dítě) a celou dobu pobytu v O₂ universu ji musí mít u sebe a při výzvě pořadatele se jí prokázat. Další převod vstupenky bez písemného souhlasu pořadatele nebo pokus o další prodej způsobuje její neplatnost a držiteli takové vstupenky nemusí být umožněn do O₂ universa vstup, a to bez náhrady.

Vstup do místa konání akce: Seznam předmětů, s nimiž nelze vstupovat do O₂ universa, najdete v Návštěvním řádu nebo v rubrice ZAKÁZANÉ PŘEDMĚTY. Během akce funguje před O₂ universem úschovna.

Osoby mladší 12 let musí být na akci doprovázeny osobou zletilou a každá osoba musí mít svoji vlastní vstupenku. Držitelé vstupenek Student/Senior 65 let+ jsou povinni se při vstupu do haly po výzvě prokázat průkazem studenta/seniora.

NA AKCI NENÍ POVOLEN VSTUP S KOČÁRKY!

Návštěvníci Festivalu berou na vědomí, že pořadatelé a společnost Bestsport a.s. jako provozovatel budovy O₂ universum, budou bezplatně pořizovat zvukové a obrazové záznamy akce, včetně podobizen návštěvníků s tím, že takové záznamy mohou být zveřejněny na internetových stránkách včetně sociálních sítí, v médiích a propagačních materiálech pořadatelů za účelem informování o akci a marketingové prezentace činnosti pořadatelů.
